Free Streaming of The Concert for Bangladesh July 30-August 1

40 years ago this Monday George Harrison organized the first all-star  Rock and Roll charity concert of its kind in history.  And to celebrate the concert film will be streaming free of charge all day and all night long this weekend on and on

SEE a veritable who’s who of rock legends: George Harrison, Ringo Starr, Bob Dylan, Eric Clapton, Leon Russell, Billy Preston, Badfinger, Jim Keltner, Klaus Voorman.

HEAR almost perfect live recreations of songs from George’s masterpiece, All Things Must Pass, not to mention Beatles classics like “Something” and “Here Comes The Sun.”

EXPERIENCE a sixteen minute dhun by two legends of Indian music (Ravi Shankar and Ali Akbar Khan) -it’s actually very good.

And all of this is still, after 40 years, for a good cause.  The event plus the release of the soundtrack on iTunes is a part of The George Harrison Fund for Unicef’s Month of Giving.  Enjoy the show!
