Simply Cool: The Constitution with George Washington’s Handwritten Revisions

If you are anything like me then this is about as interesting as anything has any right to be. The Papers of George Washington project has collected over 135,000 of Washington documents, some of which can be either read as a transcript or viewed from a scan of the original document.

In addition the George Washington Digital Edition by the University of Virginia Press features digital scans of all of the project’s collection to date as well as scans of the works of the other founders. As someone who is both fascinated by historical artifacts and in awe of the founding fathers as political philosophers, statesmen and academics this is a treasure trove of information.
